Vegan Café and Bar
Belly Button is a vegan café and bar for vegans and non-vegans alike that opened in Narita City, Chiba Prefecture in July 2023.
Vegan food is not so familiar in Japan. Many people may have an image of vegan food as “a simple, vegetable-only meal,” but in fact, many fashionable vegan cafes and restaurants have been popping up in Japan recently.
The interior is all glass, with furniture inspired by Shonan cafes and artwork from the 90s collected by the owners. We have created a restaurant that satisfies all five senses, from sight to smell, taste, touch, and hearing. We hope you will visit us.

Belly Button is committed to embracing diversity and respecting different eating styles and food choices in order to provide an enjoyable food experience for all.
We offer a wide variety of food, from typical vegan dishes to familiar favorites such as burgers and pizza that non-vegans can enjoy.
English-speaking staff is available for international customers.
My vegan cuisine is based on dishes I have eaten in countries I have visited before and on country cooking that my grandmother and mother used to make for me when I was a child. Belly Button offers a wide variety of international vegan cuisine.
